Effortless Oracle - Keeper of Mysteries
I inhabit that one region where the mind enthralls & lulls the image
My Thoughts
Dare I to introduce this account with the Homeric words Tell me, O muse, of that ingenious hero[ine] who travelled far and wide in the attempt to find the perfect opening? Perhaps.

Or not, depending on the aetherial winds that do blow in with the light of day. Cruel Apollo, how did you become the patron of the arts? Your bright rays shine harshly, brightly on all, driving the delicate and fleeting thoughts of night into the shadows. Better Artemis to be the gentle patroness of these letters.

Which is what this account shall be. Letters written and set adrift on the arcane electric seas of the computer realm. Dear...

But to whom shall they be written? Myself, lovers, potential lovers, or just to the muses? For those curious eyes that wander the electric seas and find themselves touching briefly upon these shores? For all of the above. Yes for all of those I would whisper to on the wind, in the sound of the sea, in the moonlight, from the sun dancing on wave top...
 Talk to me.

This is so much Isabel's scent. I was wearing it the other day and a beautiful flash of inspiration hit vis-a-vis my original world, but oddly enough, I'd been letting my mind wander over a story line for Isabel and Antonio. The cross was a fortuitous leap of inspiration, so is it any wonder that this blend is my current favourite of the lot?

The feral scent of the heat of the chase, deep woods, undulating musks, brushed by forest flora, swirled in the incense of the anointed cherub that covereth, and touched by blood-dimmed lunar oils.

Initial sniff from bottle - Whoa! A autumn forest on a misty morning! Very loamy and earthy, with enough of a late berry undercurrent to lighten the loamy base.

Wet on skin - Continuing as above, with an added spice coming out as it dries, or it might be the musk [which is happily not going powdery on me like Scheherazade did]. Florals unfolding and weaving in with the loam and spice. This is deliciously complex, and no one note dominates.

Dry on skin - Getting the faintest of hints of apple and moss now, as well as the continuation of the floral loam. Still complimenting itself and interweaving the individual notes; an earthy and simultaneously aetherial scent.

Staying Power & Throw - Good on both counts. The throw isn't overwhelming and makes this nice for a more personal scent. Would be extraordinary in a scent locket.

Overall Opinion - In absolute adoration of this blend.
